Just about 3 weeks ago I applied a coat of Meg's #26. About 3 months prior, I clayed. Today, I applied another coat of #26 & its shiny on my Silver Prelude, (http://www.autopia.org/forum/click-brag/129206-1st-real-wax-prelude.html) but not slick at all. Plus, I have noticed that there are visible but not "feelable" scratches on the clear. I finished with Meg's #135 after the wax.
Have I wasted wax since i will need to hand polish (no machine) the car? Is there a polish that will work for my issue? I seem to remember reading last week about a polish that will work after wax, but I can not find it via search.
With a polish is it better to use a MF or Terry pad?
