Wax/Sealant with Clear Bra.

Do you put wax / sealant on your clear bra? This isn't really a survey. I want to know if it is necessary to do so, overkill, or even harmful to the longevity of the clear bra?



Next question, how do you remove the wax on the border of the clear bra? I use my finger nail, but it's not entirely 100 percent I don't want to force the issue and accidentally shove wax underneath the bra. Anyways, under certain angles you can see the chalky white line where the border of the bra is. It's not so bad, but it really annoys me.

There shouldn't be a problem with wax/sealant on the clear bra (I have sealant on one and wax on the other). Try using some detailing spray for the dried up wax. Next time get some 3M blue tape and place on the edge and you won't have this problem again.
 
Also, you could try waxing from front to back when you do the hood. That way you're never pushing the applicator into and over the clear bra, and wedging wax against the edge.
