When you live in an area where you don't have access to water or a hose or you have water restrictions then waterless washes are what you need. WHen used properly a Waterless wash can be effective. There is a time when a vehicle is too dirty but if you need a waterless wash then you need to not let your vehicle get too dirty.

I used a waterless wash on our trip this summer and it was great left the car looking great

I get rinseless wash, but not waterless.

I prefer rinseless wash just for safety, waterless isn't bad but after a couple days without a wash rinseless doesn't take too much longer and I feel is just much safer.

I use (for example) Poorboys spray and wipe as a multi purpose detailspray. Cleaning windows , dashboard , claylube , and just as a regular detailspray with out to many gloss enhancers. I think i have 6 different brands of detailsprays. Poorboys is the biggest allround and it smells great.

Why a waterless wash? Simple......convenience, speed, looks. I've used them since 2004. There are limitations though.

I use a combination of Waterless / Rinseless based on what my needs are. I still like the full 2BW but Waterless / Rinseless come in handy for quick minor cleaning.

i have some waterless wash solutions and i like them for door jams and very minor touch ups when i notice a little bit of dirt but ive never actually done the whole vehicle with a waterless wash product

I've been using PB S&W for 10 years easily. What I like about it, I don't have to get the hose and water bucket out every time I want to clean the car, which is once a week.

Like in any product you use on a car, the proper processes and precautions should be exercised.

It's the only detail product that I have the I get in the 5 gallon buckets.

I love waterless washes. I tend to do them more often during the winter months especially after a rain. I use about 8 plush MF towels when I do it.

When you wash your black Ridgeline badly, and you need to get the water spots off.
Or when you get rained on before you get the dust off the truck & have dusty water spots. Then you use the waterless so you don't wash it badly again.
My lessons learned. I love that Detailer's Pro.

I use waterless wash all the time. If the car isn't too dirty using a waterless wash product works prefect.

I agree 100%. If my car isn't dirty enough and I don't want to drag out hoses, buckets, blowers, etc then a waterless wash is perfect for me.

so i guess he wont scratch his paint with the pb spray and wipe but he probably will scratch it by dropping all the bottles on the paint and not taking the tag off of that mf towel!

pretty good stuff though, language excluded
