Water Marks on White Paint

I recently bought a car that has light grey lines running top to bottom on some panels like water marks.



I've used Meguiars Cleaning wax but that didn't remove them.



Are there any other products to try or is it a job for a professional buffer?
 
I had water marks on my black truck and while the were still fairly new and not baked in, klasse AIO pretty much got rid of it all.
