Water hooking up to pressure washer?

I got my trailer and trying to figure out how would I go about hooking my water tank up to my pressure washer. The end hook up of the water tank is 1 3/8 and I'm lost.
 
I'm not sure, but I know a plumber, and he has a WIDE assortment of adaptor ends for various pipe fittings. Maybe you could talk to one about either selling you one, or if needed, making you one?
 
hi shortd...i had the same problem.....i went to homedepot and got a adapter piece, shut off valve and some plumbers cement..I filed and sanded out the threads , so that the adapter piece went in tight.,,,, i cemented it in and it works great and can hook a hose piece up to it to fit the power washer..and able to turn it on offf as needed.....if you can tell me how to add a pic... i will show you what it looks like
