You know, I don't know why I didn't figure this out earlier and save my self a lot of time and aggravation of continually trying to chase after the drips of water from the side view mirros

After washing the car and drying the door where the mirror is, I just tied (or wrapped and tucked is maybe a better explanation) one of my trusty m/f towels around the mirror where the drips appear and then continued on drying the rest of the car - no more drips! :dancin
Of course, just as I finished drying the darn car, it started to rain - but hey, at least it's on a clean car vs a dirty one
Hope this works for everyone's car that needs a solution to this terrible problem
