Water Drips From S/v Mirrors - Problem Solved!

You know, I don't know why I didn't figure this out earlier and save my self a lot of time and aggravation of continually trying to chase after the drips of water from the side view mirros  :doh :crazy

After washing the car and drying the door where the mirror is, I just tied (or wrapped and tucked is maybe a better explanation) one of my trusty m/f towels around the mirror where the drips appear and then continued on drying the rest of the car - no more drips! :dancin

Of course, just as I finished drying the darn car, it started to rain - but hey, at least it's on a clean car vs a dirty one:D

Hope this works for everyone's car that needs a solution to this terrible problem;)

or you could try using a leaf blower or air compresser and spray it in those areas so it blows all the water out. then you only have dry the car once. or you could try switching your hose on your shop vac so it blows. just make sure its not going to blow dust though before you aim it towards your car.

I understand, i sometime stick MF's in the cracks in my car so it wont drip, before i had a blower, i'd do the flood treatment, and take it for a drive around the block, 2 bursts to 60+ will knock ANY water off the car.
