Watch my Bimmer Shimmer! FK1 Rocks!

There is no cure!
This car needed some attention. It was all fine and good. It had Zaino z5 (2x's) and FK1 Pink Wax on top. It was going 2 1/2 months strong and BOOM! Some one hits my back bumper. If that wasn't enough, the cool dudes at Sable Chase gave me a complimentary wash. They mean't well, but it surely wasn't welcome. So I pretty much had my work cut out for me.

After finally getting my new bumper painted and mounted the Bimmer finally got its detail.

wow that looks nice.. :bigups FK1 is getting alot og hype. DO you think that the natty's blue can compare in wetness ?

I'll continue with Zaino on the Vette but I needed something that dried faster in the winter months for the daily drivers. Wanting to stay with a sealant I decided to give FK a tryout.
I applied my first application of 2180 topped with 425 last weekend, dried quickly, removed easily. Put on 800+ road miles this week and did not notice dust cling on the black like I have in the past after surface detailing.
I washed it yesterday..hit the high 40's in MN, and topped it off with a coat or 425. looking good.

I love the Car, the 3 series BMWs are my dream cars, and when their detailed to that level I fall in love more. I love my Altima but the 325 just out of my range.. maybe next time.
But NICE CAR and NICE JOB. looks good (sry to hear about the bumper)

Really effective degreaser that can be found at Costco for a low price. Safer than most degreasers/APC yet strong enough to tackle big jobs.

Both look flawless! Great job(s)!

Oil Eaters is a great degreaser. I've switched over from Simple Green, although I do miss that smell lol
