Wanted to say Hi

Hey all I'm new to the autopia site and wanted to introduce myself.



My name is Tom - I have a 2001 Mustang GT. During the last year I have entered my car in four shows. I've been very fortunate to place in three of the four.

This winter I plan on detailing the engine compartment with my newest addition as the centerpiece (it's not done yet as you can see).

I'm sure with the help of the membership I'll be able to do better this coming year. :bounce

PS what type of coating is that on the timing and valve covers?? Where did you get it done? Every time I see your new blower the old Please don't squeeze the Charmin commercial keeps coming to mind :D

Bob - it's silver vein powder coat. Looks prety good but due to the rough surface it holds a lot of dust. I have a new color on the horizon. I have the work done by Airborne Coatings here in CT.



Yeah the blowers just seem to get bigger. :shocked I just wish that I had been able to get the housing polished.
