Walmarth Sheepskins seperating

I've bought several of these and use them with ONR. I've had several of these seperate around the thumb and index finger. The hair starts coming off. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it something Im doing wrong? Maybe too much ONR or is it just a "side effect" of the ONR? Any thoughts?

I had the same thing happen to my Eurow Sheepskin mitts from Walmart. It seems to be a hit or miss, as some members here get a lot of use out of it. By the end of the 2nd wash, my mitt was completely done. Mine was used with NXT wash in a 2 bucket wash.
