Walmart Has Some New Megs Products

I saw the NXT Tech Wax paste, Insane Tire Shine, and Speed Detailer at the local Walmart. All products have a discounted price from "suggested retail" of course (lower price than Advanced Auto). It was roughly $2.00 less for the paste if I remember the prices correctly ($13 vs $15).

Advanced Auto had the Tech Protectant (last years product) in the specials cart. It was $3.65. The Spray wax was also in the cart for $4.98.
 
Walmart also has Megs new wheel brushes and tire brushes. They had insane tire shine and NXT glass cleaner too i believe.
 
I found Invisible Glass there last night on "rollback" for $1.59 a can! I was paying $4-5 at PepBoys and Autozone. Needless to say I cleared the shelf of the remaining 9 bottles.
 
I went to Wal Mart last night and was FURIOUS that they had all these new NXT products, and stopped carrying my FAVORITE one.....the Wash! :doubleduc BY FAR the BEST wash you can buy off the shelf IMHO. You flat just can't beat it for their price of like $5.99!

Anyone else noticed that you can't find NXT Wash at your local Wal Mart?

I noticed that they had Megs Gold Class MF applicators. I decided to pick up a 2 pk (for like $3).

Anyone else tried these out?
 
I got some " megs" nxt speed detailer, nxt spray wax and nxt
Tech protectant at Advance Auto.....clearance..... $2.25 a bottle !!!

You might want to take a look at the PAC "Just in Time for Spring" sale.
NXT wash is $6.50 for 64 oz. Take off your 10% Detail City discount and it's $5.85. Add a few things and the shipping becomes pretty inexpensive per item. Add a lot of things and shippng is free.:) With gas at $2 plus per gallon, driving around to pick stuff up isn't free.

They tend to soak up a little more product than the ones from Pinnacle but they work just fine when you can not justify spending $8 on shipping when all you need is a few $1 applicators.
 
My local Repulic of Wal-Mart has undoubtedly quit selling NXT wash. Now they carry a lot of the other components of the line, but why stop carrying the best item in the line? Makes no sense to me. :dunno

On a side note, has anyone noticed that the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser is now being marketed with an "auto" eraser? Saw it in the car cleaning aisle.
 
Meguiar's has also taken my paint brush dusting/cleaning tool to another level. They now have a duster that looks very much like a glorified paint brush.:D
Actually, like most Meguiar's products, it looks like a quality tool.

I stopped at one of the Wally Worlds by me tonight , sad to say NXT wash was not to be found , none of the new brushes or apps. The only thing new was Insane tire shine. I did see the Rain X wash system , it looks cheap but at $7.58 what can you expect. I did notice Armor All Gel stuff . I'm gonna be bummed out if I can't find NXT wash locally
 
SLightly off topic but I always keep an eye on the clearence bins at those places because they always have deals, not long ago I found some black magic QD and wheel spray for 2dollars apeice in the 50% bin, to my surprise It was 50% off of the 2 dollar price so I bought all of them which is like 6-7, no I have detail spray for awhile. I also always find brushes and stuff on sale at walmart also

I hear that. My Wal-Mart is a lot closer to me than the Auto-Zone. Takes me 15 min to get to Wal-MArt. Takes at least 45 to get to Auto Zone.

I had to buy one too. I like the fact that it adjusts in length for different levels of stiffness.
 
My Wal Mart isn't as good as everyone elses. All they have of the NXt line is the soap and the Spray wax. I don't believe they have any of that other stuff. I used to check the aisle everytime I went, but there was nothing new ever. I guess i will check again. You guys are lucky!
 
Also just a quick tip.... you guys might try shopping at a Walmart that has an Tire & Lube Express in it. They seem to carry a larger selection of car care products than the ones without.
