Walmart ArmorAll MF Towels

Even though it is odd to comment on a competitor's towels, I thought you guys would want to know that the Walmart ArmorAll MF towels are coming! Just received an email from the factory that they are working on sending 42 CONTAINERS of MF to Walmart stores. Should ship about the middle of this month so you are sure to see those towels pretty soon.



My order is not quite that large. LOL

I've never bought towels from Walmart, but I see guys online always talking about deals at Walmart or Target so I thought I'd just let you know that the towels will be stocked soon. Not sure about the quality. I know a bit about how they buy their towels... About 6 audits per order, 3 inspections before shipping, etc. Not an easy customer, but hey, 42 containers is good business even if they beat down the price a bit.



The factory is very good. German machines, satin edges, and they can handle high weights of towels. We are bringing in a new brand that we tried at Renny's last week- he kept my samples! Anyway, the factory can make great towels, but you never know what Walmart will do- could be low thread counts and cheap, but hey, you will pay accordingly. If they hit the shelves, there might be a sale, so just wanted people to know ahead of time is all. I do not know anything about the colors, types, etc. My rep would not share that with me.



I do know that I can get a 16" towel terry mf for about 30 cents with shipping from them.

WalMart is getting a green/grey towel that they are marketing as an interior detail towel. It's fantastic but time will tell if it stands up to repeat washes.
 
FWIW, i bought a little MF gift pack "made by" Armor All at Walmart a few weeks back (just after Christmas). They're decent, not amazing, but decent. I like the wash mitt, and the towels seem nice for an OTC towel. Not on the same level as a Cobra MF or something though.
