W-7006 with a PC???

Hi, I have a PC but don't have a rotary buffer and was wondering if it's okay to use meguiars pad W-7006 with a DACP that cannot be fixed with the meguiars W-8006 with a DACP? Also, using the Swirl free polish on a black car, will I be better off with the W-8006 or the W-9006 after DACP??

Yeah, you can use the 7006 (cutting pad), but be careful. *I* would follow up with DACP again with the 8006 (polishing pad). *I* would use another 8006 with the SFP.
