First up, the Volvo S40.

This vehicle belongs to a classmate/friend of mine. I washed it a couple months ago and noticed it certainly needed a detail after winter. There was a fair share of swirling and a TON of bonded contaminants. I'm not sure how all of the grit latched on but I chewed through a third of a clay bar on the lower panels. When finished, the owner said to me "It looks fukking awesome"... My finals were:

-Optimum No Rinse
-Zaino Z18 Clay with Poorboy's S+W as lube
-Blackfire Ceramiclear Finishing Polish x 2 via rotary and LC Polishing Pad @ 1200 rpm
-Z6 wipedown
-Zaino Z5 Pro (ZFX'd)

-Zaino Z16 on tires x 2
-CG VRT cut 2.5:1 in wells

Next up is the l0an3r.

As many of you know, I recently sold my Integra. After a longggggg search for a new car I ordered an Infiniti (no more details at this time :D). The car will be here on Friday, so since last tuesday I have been driving this '02 I35. Since it would be going to client locations, I had to give it a onceover. I didn't go crazy, but for a loaner car, I guess you could say I did :). My finals were:

-Optimum wash
-Optimum clay
-Optimum car polish via rotary and LC polishing pad @ 1200 rpm
-Optimum car wax x 2

-Zaino Z16 on tires
-CG VRT cut 2.5:1 in wells

Next up is Liz's '95 Pathfinder.

The truck is being sold this week. It has 113k on the clock and all OEM parts. This thing is truly a gem for it's age. I washed it with Optimum, hit it with OCW, NXT Insane'd the tires/wells, steamed and vacuumed the interior, then an application of 303.

Last up, a Nissan Altima 2.5SL.

This car belongs to member: willroman. I detailed Will's 626 last year and he recently sold it for this gem. The car was moderately swirled but the contaminant level was low. The vehicle was an absolutely pleasure to detail (one of my favorites) due to the lack of any hard to reach/buff areas. The paint also buffed like butter. My finals were:

-Optimum Wash
-Zaino Z18 clay with optimum wash as lube
-Hi-Temp Extreme Cut/Optimum Polish (50/50) via rotary and LC Cutting Pad @ 1500 rpm
-Blackfire Ceramiclear Finishing Polish @ 1200 rpm
-Z6 wipedown
-Zaino Z5 Pro (ZFX'd)

-Zaino Z16 on tires
-CG VRT cut 2.5:1 in wells

Questions, comments, advice, feel free :).

That side shot of the Volvo where you can see you taking the picture is amazing, it looks almost like chrome, its so reflective. What do you use on the bottom the flat black areas, I like the finish on that, helps contrast the paint.

Great job once again.

Your photos are stunning, you have a real eye for angles and what's going in the reflections. Great work as always, looking forward to seeing the new ride. :)

LOL, didn't notice the switch to the truck after the Infiniti. Kept looking at that interior pic and thinking Infiniti really slacked on that interior :D

WOW!!!! great work as always ,I which I had your skills and time to keep my daily driver a (92 s10 Blazer) in show room condition but that sounds almost impossible.

Excellent Job Sean! I cant wait to hear what the folks at Infinity will say when you return your car lol.

I was sitting here reading this post while my wife was taking my temp. Her words were when she saw the Volvo were "Oh my God!"
The Finish on those cars are Beautiful. You did a great job.

Unreal! You have AMAZING talent, period.

The Volvo is SHOCKING!

You should take a few shots of the loaner when you return it. They will be floored.

Maybe this will lead to additional business via Infinity....

Enjoy your new car Sean! I can't wait to see the post.
