Hi

I was looking for this detail for some time, its a full neglected Volvo 480 Turbo of 1993 , the owner drives through dusty areas with windows down  , stores all kinds of things in the car, washes when rains...a mess

When i saw the car, the interior was like an Animal Farm, all kinds of dirt, "animals", dirt, dirt and more dirt.

The paint was swirled and shallow, lots of scractchs, a big one on the side door, the front fender was a mess.

The process was :

- Washed with sonax, and sonax and more sonax, i spent almost 2 hours washing the car.
- Full clay
- PG yellow pad ( died after the work ) e PC x 2
- IP green pad PC x 1
- FF white pad PC x 1
- Sealed with Grojet
- Nattys
- 1Z Balsam in the trim

Inside, APC 1:10 , 1z Tiefenfleger
1Z Leather treatment

So lets look the before :

WOW, it's like night and day. You did that all with a PC, dang. Did you use an extractor or did you just use a shop vac and lots of water? Great job, hope you were justly compensated.

Thanks, but i only used an shop vac it need an extractor.

That is absolutely AMAZING!! What a transformation!! You are a Detailing Idol. :cool

:lol :rofl :lol

That is classic!!!! I wanna use it as my signature!! :lol :rofl

Take that car out from the shade and do some shot under the sun :D Man, its my 1st time I see those Volvo, esp those pop up head light :cool

Great job and that is a cool looking car, do not see those here in the US.

The plastic rear light lens if you had some good light cut compound and polish you can work those over and that haze will lift somewhat. best solution for those is wet sanding.

All in all you did a killer job and I'm sure the owner was REAL happy with the results.

WOW!!! Get a picture of this up at exotiXboard, even though its not exotic, the detail job on this was a true extreme make over.

Absolutely unbelieveable!!!

Is that truly the same vehicle in the after pictures?

:bow :bow :bow :bigups :bigups :bigups
