Videos....and lack thereof!!!

This site has been a great help to me, and my detailing skills, and my car, have improved a LOT just from reading daily on here! But I would like to bring up an issue that I think it's about high time it needs to be discussed: I'm very dissapointed at how, there are so very few detailing vid's in existence, on MOL, Autopia, and the internet in general. I can't think of how many times, I wished I could see a lengthy video by the title of: "Polishing with a PC" or "Applying SG" ect. ect. There are so many threads in the hall of fame section that are just DYING for a video.

The days of the past where you had to have an uber-expensive video camera setup is lone gone! And we live in a day and time where making a video is so easy a child can do it, heck I can even do it with my cheapo wall-mart Sony Cybersot!

I don't wan't to come off the wrong way or anything, it just upsets me, that some of the more knowledgeable members, haven't thrown out a few vid's here and there. I feel that it is one's "autopian" duty, so to speak. Heck, If I wasn't afraid I would do something the wrong way I'd do it, but you can see by my post count that I'm still a newb.

I'm hoping that I can get some others to chime in too! Let's get the ball rolling.

I don't like the adams polishes video, makes me cringe how he does some of the steps, especially washing

I agree. And even how he demonstrates how to use Clay Bar. Only someone that sells clay would show you how to use the whole clay bar on your car. Since I have to fork out money for it, I wouldn't risk using the whole bar out of fear of dropping it.
