Nice! Any insight as to how LC is going to set their pricing structure for this system (given the pads are "disposable" as you say in the video)?

No information on that yet but as you know... discussion forums are great at bringing out everything there is to know about a product in all its dimensions...

:)

It says "1-pad," so I thought perhaps they had developed one pad that could be used for any type of polish. But I see there are numerous types of pads to be had. I guess I am not understanding the meaning of the "1-pad polishing system."

1 pad as in, when you are done polishing, throw it away.

Seems like a waste to me? Surely these will have to run, $2-4 to make them even worth looking into. (maybe even less) If they were say, $5 and up, you'd be better off buying a regular pad that you can wash and re-use multiple times.
So, after polishing half of a small car, and your pad starts to gum up, how will these be "spurred"?
Are they too thin for that?
Higher risk of the pad tearing?
What is the thickness of the pad?
I assume they can be washed a couple of times and still re-used a few more times???
(sure would hope so) I use 3-4 pads each polishing step, depending on the size of the vehicle. I would hate to toss out 3-4 pads for one step of polishing and be out $XX.

Will AG be giving out pads to select detailers to test and review?
If so, I would love to try these pads and give a non-biased, honest review.

Over on AGO, I read something about the new system being available mid-December. I'm betting we'll be seeing price information out shortly after Thanksgiving....

I have been lucky enough to win one of these set ups on another detailing forum. They will be shipped sometime in December. I will be putting them to the test and writing a review on them that I will post on all the forums that I visit.

I intend on trying to re use the pads to see how many uses I can actually get out of one pad.
