You could probably get away with using the Moose once a week if you wanted too. A while back, one of the guys hit his car with P21S GEPC every day for a month on a polishing pad, and there was no detectable decrease in paint thickness. My personal car gets Blue PwC and RMG once a month, PO85RD quarterly or so, and a deep polishing yearly or as often as really necessary. I haven't had any problems so far. The only time I think you'd have a problem is if you're using Powergloss or Optimum Hyper or any other 1000grit leveler frequently.
