Very impressed with Brilex Solutions

A couple of days ago I decided it was time to restock on my PB supplies and remembered seeing the Brilex was having a 25% sales on PB. Went to the site and all of the prices reflected the sale. Everything was fine except the hyperlink for EX-P linked to QD+ so I couldnt get that in online. Called a couple times during the day but just got vmail and didnt feel like leaving a message.

I sent an email yesterday morning a 4:57 (freaking kids!) and John responded by 6:29. Right away I was impressed. I was flying yesterday and was in the air most of the day but sent an email to John with what I wanted. I ordered:

John called me twice, the second time I was able to talk. He gave me the 25% off and free shipping as the 25% sale was ending and the over $50 free shipping deal was just starting. No questions asked. I was very impressed. Shipping notice went out yesterday evening and the supplies are scheduled for delivery tomorrow.

Long ramble short: Brilex is the real deal when it comes to prices and service. Well done, John. You've won my business.

I've placed a couple orders with them and both times were great. My father placed an order about two weeks ago and got great service also.

Yup me too, I order few bottles of SSR,SnG and SnR. I wish they stock other brand as well, dont u think so? They have Heay Metal and PB only. Overall they are pretty decent, I got my stuff in 1 day(PA to NYC) :bigups

Another thumbs up for Brilex. I guess I ordered too much :crazy and one item had to be fedx'd in. John called me twice to let me know the order would be delayed one or two days.

It's nice to find a distributor less than one hour away for me in case I need something real quick. :wait

John said he would put something extra in the box for my troubles. Not really trouble for me, but I got great service and attention. The everyday prices are the lowest for Poorboys I have found, even considering I have to pay 6% PA tax being a customer in PA where the business is located.
