I cannot begin to express how mad I am with my dealings w/********.net
I recently placed an order with them, and when it arrived I found that 2 of my products had actually been opened prior to shipping them to me. The foil seals had been pulled back and there was dried product encrusted within the threads of the caps. This is VERY wrong in my book.
Not pleased with this, I phoned their 800 line....what a mistake.
First I was accused of making up my story, then I was accused of opening the bottles myself, then they tried to blame the manufacturer. ???? :angry
The "customer service" rep (Jason) was very rude and arrogant, avoiding any straight forward questions that I presented him with. Complete moron.
So, a "heads up" to any Autopians that would like to spare themselves extremely poor customer service and previously opened products.....AVOID ********.net. :grrr
HaHa - I guess I should not be surprised to see that "their" name is not permitted here. :xyxthumbs
