vehicle check in sheet

wow, i do not know how i did that

I shrunk it down to fit.

It is actually on 8 1/2 by 11 paper

The customer signs on the bottom as well.

Not to shabby. I've been using AutoInt's form untill I get creative enough to make my own like that. Inspection Form Its pretty complete and helps a lot. I would suggest that any detailer use a form like this when they are on a job. It really saved me a ton of problems last year.

I had a company called I.D.E.A make them for me.

I cost around 60.00 for 500 copies. They are carbon copied also so i get a copy and the customer gets a copy.

The only bad thing that can come out of having this is that when you miss damage and dont sign off on it, the customer can then say you did it.

I have never had this happen to me, but people are always looking to screw someone else.

hey, do you think you could mail me a copy of that, I Think that is a great way to help waive liability:

I'll PM my address if that is good by you.

thanks.

Edited for typo.

<<< currently taking AutoInt's and redesigning it in Quark Xpress to look like NYD's.

I'll be using NCR (carbonless) for mine. :D
