I made this form today as i ran out of the one i had professional made for me. I was going to post this under the pro's but chances are they have one already or will still see it here.

This form can be really helpful to some of you when a customer drops of the vehicle for you to detail. No matter friend or family you should always CYA as when it comes to fixing something they always want you to do it and think you did it.

I know they had one, its just to long for me to fill out. I am listed on there site for locating a detailer. This is a quick and easy form.

no time to waste filling out forms
