Usps

I just wanted to rant about the crappy serivce of usps. I order some stuff from autogeek at least 2 weeks ago if notmore. I was like cool they got it shipped out really early and all. But now its stuck somwhere in canada held by usps. There trackingt hing said cleared customs on the 24th of April and today is the 2nd of may. I know its not that long but im sued to the great serivce of out canadian suppliers and there shippers (im not saying its auto geeks fault they got it out quickly and i was very stisfied) the problem i have is i dont know a number to call or if they lost my stuff or what alll i want to know is where it is... I know im not the only one with this problem but im way to impatient to wait

If your shipment cleared customs on 04/24, I would think it would be in the hands of the Canadian Postal Service now, not the United States Postal Service. You might try enquiring at your local Post Office.

In my experience ordering from the US to Canada it's a crap shoot once it hits the Canadian border and those clowns in Customs. I have had packages arrive in as little as 3 days and some it took a month. USPS is the way to go though. UPS will rape you for brokerage fees.

not to double post of sorts but i check the thing online adn it said that it was in calgary then sent to richmond bc. I think thast were the customs place is. But that was on thr 26th so judging by canada post ill see it this time next year lol

as always lo.i guees i should change it to i just want to rant about canada post.
I know your anxious to get your stuff.it sucks waiting on it..you have rant somewhere so ,better here its harmless. sorry about you canadians having a long wait to get your stuff. the package i sent Pei arrived really quick  ..

2-3 weeks for ground is normal.
When it hits the border, USPS no longer tracks it (really). The www.Canadapost.com tracking uses the USPS numbers, so go there and try it.
It also depends on your subcontractor for local delivery. I had one guy show up to ask for money he didn't collect by accident on a package he had yet to deliver!

i have always had good luck with the usps, and canada post. it is customs that hold your package for inspection than to the brokers for their cut of the pie.
