Using ClearSeal over NON Zaino Products?

The vast majority of conversation about ClearSeal has been centered around using it on top of Z products (Z5, Z2, ZAIO), however, there has been little to no discussion (at least that I can find) about using ClearSeal over NON Zaino products. I'm really not surprised at all since there is a very large Z contingent here at Autopia.



Anyway, I am not a Z sealant user and instead do alot of FMJ, BF, WG, and occassionally 476S. My interest, and reason for buying CS, is to top these products with CS and treat with Z8 (btw, just got my PolyCharger so I'll be kicking my sealants up a notch with it).



*** I'm interested in hearing feedback and opinions from those of you real familiar with CS about topping non Z products, and also hearing from posters who has done this. ***

CS over FMJ, looks quite good. I am not a huge CS fan, but I prefer the look of FMJ. But when I first got CS in, I topped it, and it looked pretty good.

When applied to my girlfriends car that had everything from #21 to every spray wax in my cabinet, the look was immediately noticed... Mind you her car is grey while mine is blue... It was soo noticeable that when I drove next to her in my car, I could see the gloss on my own car through the reflections on hers. AT NIGHT!

Her car had a base of #21 but was topped with nattys regular, #16, and almost every spray wax I have... It performed the same that it did on my car which had Zaino sealants under. No hazing. Only clear results... Only difference on her car over mine was that the difference was a lot more noticeable... I assume it wasn't soo obvious on mine as CS shares a lot of the same looks as the Z sealants.

How has it co-existed with the other products over this period of time? How long have you had it on, how is the beading action holding up, has the glossiness, slickness, etc, held up?
