Used PC 7424

Does anyone have an idea where I might locate a used/reconditioned PC? I don't have a shop. I just enjoy keeping my own vehicles in good condition. With a family of four, new is just not in the budget for a hobby for "me"...

You might have gotten more action in the "Main Street Detailing Forum", but I think the reason for so few reponses is that most of us don't know an answer.
The few places I can think of:
1. eBay
2. Pawn shops
3. Tool repair shops
4. Flea Markets
5. A Porter Cable sales facility (might have reconditioned units)

I would think hard before buying a reconditoned unit. If you are saving 20 or 30 dollars on a used unit is it really worth it. Recondtioned is not new, yes it has the same warranty, but it does not have all new parts on the inside. I have seen some reconditioned units that look new and I have seen some that looked fairly used.

IMO I just don't see it being worth it. Then again thats just my opinion, and I have been told that sometime it just sucks.

Oh by the way I have seen some really good deals on e-bay of brand new ones.
