I was preping my 2003 Acura TL-S for lease inspection (done a few months before turn in)...

granted I have babied it since I got it but..it has been sitting outside 24/7 for a month now (never ever ever had that happened before but I can only get two cars in my garage :) ).

This is -

wash (PB SSCW)
Clay (Mothers)
PB SSR1 with Megs Yellow Pad and PC on 5 - all over car
UPP - Megs Tan Pad PC on 3 - waited 45 mins - removed -

Man - I forgot how slick the paint feels after UPP - like snot! and mirror finish is about all I can say..I have tried em all and my top two are still EX and UPP...

nothing yet - I have to take it in next week :lol - My neighbor came out and asked me what I did to make it that shiney....I told him about me turning it in and getting it inspected - he didn't believe it was three years old (I just moved here)...

Looks great! I'm sure the inspector won't have any complaints as far as the paint is concerned.

It's been a while since I've had my UPP out. Your reminder might just push me in that direction. Our Pewter (metallic) '96 Volvo 850 GLT is close in color to you TL. I really like the look that PB's EX provides.

1. What were your impressions of the TL?
2. How many miles did you put on the TL?
3. What is your replacement?
4. That driver's front tire looks almost new. Is that a requirement for lease returns?

I loved the TL-S - the new ones (2004 and up) are even better. They have a real BMW feel to them - I put on 32000 as of right now and turn it in in August...no I did not have to buy new tires - well not because of them...:)..I replaced that one thanks to a pot hole that ate the side wall.

Looking good!!!

I got to see CharlesW vehicle with UPP up close this last winter. I was in awe. It definitely gives a great look. I plan on using UPP this fall when I get back to Texas. There are a lot of people that are of the same verb as you in regards to UPP.
