UPP by pc

It's so easy and quick to apply by hand I've never actually applied it any other way.
It's quite thin so I'd probably apply at speed 2 or 3 w/ finishing pad.

Can UPP be applied using the PC? IF yes, what speed is best?

Yes.
As MadiX said, it is so easy by hand that getting the PC out to apply UPP is kind of a waste of effort.
When I am using the PC already, I will go ahead and use it to apply the UPP. It does help get an even, thin coat. I happen to use any speed from 2 to 4.5 to apply the UPP with a finishing pad.

I really like the thin, uniform coats that I am able to lay down with a dual action polisher and a finishing pad.

UPP is very easy to use by hand but I think it is even easier and the results are better when used by machine. Then again, I tend to think that almost all sealant products can be applied thinner and more uniformly with a polisher and a foam finishing pad.
