Upholstery & Carpet Shampoo

What's the latest favorite product for shampooing Upholstery and Carpets?

For general cleaning I just use Folex or 303 fabric cleaner. I have a special kit for handling specif stains.

I like folex, usually just sprayed on, agitated then extracted with just clean water in a LGM. On some cars that I've done that didn't really need much in the way of elbow grease, I've done a folex/water mixture in the LGM instead and its worked well. I also used some leftover carpet shampoo I used with a Kent C4 machine in my house that HD sells (7-in-1 I think) in the LGM and it worked pretty well too. Biokleen Traffic Lane is one I've been dying to try, just can't find it anywhere around here.

Bio-Kleen "Traffic lane"

cleaner for carpets. Mist the area, keep damp for 4-5 mins and then I put my brush backing plate on my pc and goto town. I have a damp hot microfiber I use for wipedown after and usually all but the toughest stains are gOne. For tougher stains, more product and then agitate.

I love this stuff! Very cost effective (16:1) dilution. I have been using the same gallon for nearly a year.

I don't particularly care for using non-shampoos for soiled carpeting. I think a dedicated shampoo works wonders. I really like using these:

Auto Magic E-Z Clean: Professional car care cleaners by Auto Magic

3D Upholstery Cleaner: Professional Upholstery & Carpet Shampoo – High Foam Carpet Shampoo for Tough Spots | 3D Products

Car Brite: Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners | Fabric Care | Cleaners | Interior Care | Car Brite

Sterling Labs Game Breaker: Game Breaker Rug & Upholstery Shampoo - Gallon | DetailYourCar.Com Discount Auto Detailing Supplies

For the Price, the 3D carpet shampoos in 5 gal is a bargain. They even have a Extractor Shampoo version that I use. Might be real expensive on shipping through. Luckily I can just pick one up at the local 3D store.

biokleen traffic lane cleaner for me.

I've got a particularly nasty interior coming up this next weekend, so I decided to finally bite the bullet and order a half gallon of Biokleen TLC. I think I'm going to do a 50/50 on the drivers side carpet (where its the nastiest) with Folex and TLC and see what shakes out. Honestly, the only reason I even agreed to do this one was basically to see if I COULD actually pull it off.
