upgrading my stuff

so im nearing the end of alot of my meguiars stuff.

and im ready to move up to better stuff.



I have a new 2007 gti, in the gray color, and i am looking for some reccomendations of what stuff to get and replace these things:



Nxt car wash

nxt paste



currently i do everythign by hand, wash, dry, wax, etc.

a pc 7424 is somewhere near the top of my list.



is the nxt car wash a decent product to keep using? i really like it and it works really well. but it does take off the slick feeling from my wax/sealant(normal?)



and for a sealant(i like the look of it better), what is a good upgrade from nxt that is both good by hand and by machine?
 
THe NXT wash is a very good wash. I use ONR now, but used that stuff for a year with great results. For that color car, I really would recommend taking a look at Jeff Werkstatt stuff. It works great on gray cars. There are a milion products out there. I suggest do a search on some of the brands and see what jumps out.
 
Josh is right JW's stuff is good. But you have to think do you want a wax or sealant. Your wash is fine. Polish Menzerna is great. Waxes, Pinnacle Souveran, P21S, Natty's blue are all good. Sealants Meguiars #21, Blackfire Wet Diamond, AIO, four star UPP, Chemical guys stuff,.... There is so much out there. Good luck! Questions are always welcome on this board.
 
where do i get the JW stuff?



and i think a sealant would be better suited towards my application.



edit: and here is my car for reference. i think in these pictures i had meguiars #26(doesnt last very long :( ) over a coat of nxt
