I've got some 2 week old UPGP on a section of my car right now. Let me go test this out real quick....

Its a no go. I applied 2 heavy hits of IPA(70%) letting it sit for a few seconds each time before removing it. UPGP just seemed to laugh at it and kept on beading strong. Your best bet would be something like OMS(odorless mineral spirits) or a chemical/light abrasive polish.

I have 3 layers on my van now, but I'm getting some Aquartz next week. So I'd like to take off the UPGP and use the Aquartz
