Again sorry about the quality of the pics. Hopefully this summer I can get her detailed and get some pics with better backround and my parents 8.0 megepixel camera at that time.

Thanks ZaneO, I dont even track or street race, I just like to have a car that's sporty/luxurious and quick. With the suspention mods and the two power adders I have, that's exactly how the car should have came from the factory!!

Very nice car!! That is my next car, I hope. I love those things. You ever take it to the track? I would love to know what they run. Nice color too.

Beautifal car bro, i love the abp with the cleared headlights. I have the exact same car with many of the same mods. I think i've seen you on acura-cl.com, right? Any way it seems that there is a large number of cl owners using zaino and it definetly looks beautiful on your car. The flake really pops. It also looks like you have done a great job keeping the swirls out of the super soft honda clear coat. I have an nbp which is a little harder to keep the marring off of. Keep up the good work even though i am partial the cl is one of the most beautiful cars on the road today. Mine is stored for winter so i am very jealous. I just noticed that you used souveran (sp?), that looks amazing.

Pontman43- Thanks, I haven't tracked mine at all. I did get it Dynoed last summer.. Mustang Dynometer put down 209hp at the wheels. Doesnt seem much but the Mustang dyno reads lower than say a dynojet which then I heard would read my car at 220-230 @ the wheels. Keep in mind that's just with intake and headers. Wish I had the money to get a SC! :) With my mods the acura-cl forum members are posting average of mid-to-low 14's. Not the fastest but not bad for a 3500 pound luxury coupe. If you get a supercharger with high boost pulley then put down around 290 hp @ wheels and run about mid-13's.

getright-- Yea Im on the cl-forum under that same name 01bluecls. I had Zaino on my car since last OCT. The protection was starting to fade and the paint needed a light polish. Im using the Souveran because it looks freakin awesome and the cooler temps seem to make it last slightly longer then it would in the summer heat.

Oh in case some peeps were wondering, Souveran is the best nuba I have used! It deepens the color providing a SUPERWET look in person and also allows the flakes in the paint to really pop out. My sucky camera doesnt catch what you see in person....but def worth the money. I jar will last you prolly 50 applications.

I just ordered the 2 for 100 deal off of ag and can't wait 'til it gets here. It cost a little less with the discount, is there a discount for autopians on ag? Like i said my car is in storage but i might have to bring er out for an application of souveran. You're lucky that in VA. they don't use salt that's why my baby is under cover. Did you detail the engine too?

getright- Nope no engine detail since last summer. I will when the warmer weather comes in this summer then get some nice engine bay shots. Well the weather in Northern VA has been unbelievable for "winter." We have had only on snow storm this season. And actually NOVA is so scared of snow, if they call for an inch 3 inches of salt and sand go on the road!! lol But lately we ahve been lucky with the nice weather.

My thoughts exactly. The liquid depth of Souveran isn't always easy to pick up in photos but in person it is amazing. The sun shots really show the metallic off! :up

Silverlexus-- Souveran is my go to for any car with a darker paint. Im wondering if the the week old IW 845 is contributing to souveran. If anything the IW prolly helped the depth just a tad.

Scottwax-- yea, maybe if i get a better camera and learn to take photos in the right angles/lighting I will cature the "elusive" wetness! :)

Just the thread I'm looking for! What sort of headlights/bulbs do these new Acuras have? A lot that I've seen have a very white/almost blue light to them.

Looks good, btw. :D

Your car looks great man, love the color! The CL-S was an option I was looking into when I was in the market late last year but moved over to Nissan.

The new TL's have a BiXenon HID headlamp system. It looks nice and I bet light output it excellent!

Still a very nice all around car, which is why I love them, looks good, handles good, fast enough, and luxurious. I will either get one of these or an 04 Accord V6 6spd (maybe my dad's), both are similar. I just need more money. :( Current car keeps on asking for more mods. :wall :D I'd never sell her though, which is another problem when buying another car.
