Twin supercharged 430

This car is one of the most beautiful 430's I've seen. The color outside is phenomonal.

It has the NovitecRosso twin supercharger kit on it and sounds the way it would if God was pissed and was screaming at you...scary yet mesmerizing!

I was called to wash a BMW and wash the 430, when I got there the front bumper of the 430 had some hazing and swirls in certain areas, it is going to get a clear bra put on and I didn't want it to look like S**T when the rest of the car is flawless. The front bumper had been painted 3 weeks ago. I called a painter I know and trust, he is very good at what he does and respected by tons of people. He has won 2 Mike Lavallee awards at the same show for two different vehicles that they didn't know he did both.

Anyway, I called and asked if it was ok to polish and seal and he said yes so I went ahead and brought the bumper back to normal. I only took pics of one area but 4 different parts of the bumper looked the same way.



Wash with ONR, couldn't take it outside cause it was on a lift as you can see in the pics

Bumper was polished with SIP and green LCx2

Sealed bumper with OS

CF in engine compartment received OS as well

Interior got Z9&Z10 (no shots though)



Not any crazy correction here but its such a beautiful car I had to post

Not too sure, I don't know if he has anything else done to it. I have done his other cars at his house. Next time I will ask what all he has in it. With the twin chargers they put out around 650 and raise the mph to around 215. I wish you could here what this car sounds like, it is unreal.
 
Nice ride! What happened to the car that required a respray of the bumper? Did you use a rotary or DA to polish?
 
The car that reprayed the bumper was this Ferrari. I polished it out with a Flex. He had it resprayed because of some rock chips he had, but I don't know if they didn't finish down polishing it or what the cause was but it was pretty hazy and swirled in 4 areas. The actuall front of it was fine, mainly the sides.

How did the OS look on the carbon fiber? Did you prep the CF with anything before using the OS? I'm doing a Scuderia tomorrow, and as you already know, that thing is COVERED in carbon fiber.
 
I thought it looked pretty good. I didn't prep it because the shop had asked me to just wash it. He is a client of mine and if he wants me to I will but all I did was wiped it all down with ONR and then after it dried I applied OS.



Oh the color I think is blue mirabeau or something like that.
 
Ah yes very nice auto and that color paint is a real pleasure to work on you get such satisfaction once it is all done
 
I went back to clean it up a bit the other day, along with his Aston but here are some better pics of the car. Of course it was a cloudy day so no flake shots but this thing is still super sick!
