DK -- you were right about this stuff. Goes on in the typical fashion, and dries to a nice sheen. Shiny as the EF BO I used, but seems dry, not oily.

Where do you find this product???......I've stopped in Pep Boys, K-mart, Walmart and a few other automotive supply places but to no avail. Could you list what stores might carry it......Thanks
 
DetailKing - I went on to Turtle Wax's web page and it looks like they are still making it. Slowly but surely more stores around here are stocking it.



If you would like me to, I can pick you up 5 bottles or so at the store around my place, it's only a few blocks away. I got my 4 bottles from them.
 
Joed 1228 is right. I think that some stores are getting new stock of TW. One of Auto Zone stores in town just got some more after I bought the last bottle.

I have been a user of the Turtle Wax Tire Wax, and bought a couple of bottles at our closing K-Mart. But I was in our local Dollar General Store a couple of weeks ago and saw the Turtle Wax Tire Gel for $2 a bottle. I picked up three. I tried it Sunday and am quite satisfied with it. Whether I like the TWTG better than the TWTW still remains to be seen. However, others on the board seem to prefer the gel. :rolleyes:
