TW F21 Whee cleaner safe?

I bought like 3 bottles because it was only 2.50 a bottle. Is this stuff safe for chrome or am I spraying pure acid on my rims?

I think TW F21 wheel cleaner are non acidic. Its is a good product. U got a good deal for it. Over here they sell it for RM27.00. Below is the quote from TW site on the wheel cleaner.
