TurtleWax Platinum Ultra Gloss Wax - UK?

I see this product has a very good reputation in the US, but I don’t see it listed in the UK Platinum series. Purely going by product descriptions, and the mention of ‘Brazilian Carnauba Wax’ and ‘Bavarian Montan Wax’ I’d guess ‘Platinum Series Precision Car Wax’ might be the UK equivalent. Does anyone know for sure this is the very same product?
 
I haven't tried the wax but I have used their car wash, interior protectant, and tire treatment. I have been very happy with all of them. Here in the states, we can find them at local discounter ( Odd Lots). The prices are real low for what you get, usually under $4. So I would think their platinum series wax is pretty good as well. I hope somebody posts with their experience with the wax because I am sort interested as well.

You're fortunate to also have the Platinum Series Protective Extra Gloss so you can do a bit of layering. :bigups



TW Platinum is a very under-rated range...should be used a lot more by boutique junkies.

If you search these forums you’ll find plenty of users comments. Also search on ‘TWPUG’, which is the abbreviation.

I was going to post that link but I’m not allowed, my post count being under 10 (I can't even quote your link, I've removed it). I’ll check with TW-UK, but no doubt they’ll tell me what I want to hear, just so I make a purchase.



I was thinking of doing this:



1. Platinum Series Precision Car Wax (TWPUG?)

2. Platinum Series Protective Extra Gloss

3. TW Gloss Guard



I don’t see Gloss-Guard in the US product line up - maybe under a different name. Lasted 18 months when I used it.
 
TWPUG is an awesome LSP.



a nice blend of synthetics and carnauba with some real depth.

I've got alot of the TWPUG line. I like it. I think its the best line up from TW. I've tried everything in this line and its performed really good. I really like the tire shine and the car soap. Its really slick and has great suds. Pleasent smell too. I got 2.5 gallons for $10 the other day at a discount store.
