Turtle wax Ice Synthetic wax on textured panels

I've tried many products on my Honda Elements clad/plastic textured panels and I think I like the Ice synthetic best. It gives it a nice shine and lasts several weeks and has very little streaking from rain except where it drips down the car like on the rear hatch. I'm going to apply it to the cladding and then wax the car with NXT and see if the panels are protected from the staining that usually occurs when wax touches those panels. Any comments? Will posts updates soon.

pdsterns- I'm sure you know how I'm a big fan of LSPing those surfaces, so I'd be the last person to dissuade you from trying that :D

But I do wonder when you mention "no streaking *except* for..." I don't get streaking when I LSP such trim.

What do you use on such trim on the Audi? Back when I had the Quantum Synchro I was waxing that trim with Malm's and/or Souveran.

Accumulator, if it were garaged I think I would be fine but it sits outside 24/7 and I see the streaking after a overnight rain in any location where the rain makes a constant stream or drip. The quattro does not have to much trim so I've always used Armoral on the bumpers and it was just fine, it is garaged.

I assume you mean Ice protectant for trim not Ice paint polish. If you plan on using the polish I would not recommend it because it will leave a white film on the trim if you aren't carefull. I would use the Meguiars Ultimate protectant because it last a long time. I have never tried the Ice protectant on exterior trim though, it may work great
