I had a new client from Huntsville AL contact me after he seen my work on that White Ferrari 458 Italia that I detailed a few months back. He called and told me he wanted 3 of his cars to receive the treatment that was done to the white 458 Italia. After discussing what cars he had and what each of them needed, I began my journey from Knoxville TN to Hunstville AL.
On this trip I was scheduled to clean up his 2007 Bentley GTC, Grey 458 Italia, 2007 Bentley Arnage. which all write ups will come eventually.
This write up will show the process we used on the 2007 Midnight Emerald Bentley Continental GT convertible.
So David and I rolled up in Tru Shine Express ready to take on this beauty.

We start with the wheels using Sonax Full Effect, I love this cleaner not only because it is safe on all types of wheels, but it actually has really good cleaning abilities.

Megs Super Degreaser was used for the the wheel arches

This is not the remains of a dead animal, this is actually the Sonax FE turning a redish color informing me that it is reacting with the iron particles in the brake dust.

we used various brushes while cleaning the wheels. Such as the wheel woolie and Raceglaze brush.

After the wheels, we pre-rinsed the paint dislodging any loose/heavy debris.

We gave the car a foam bath and agitated jams and other areas

While David was doing that, I gave the dirty convertible top a thorough scrubbing

100% sheep skin wash mitts for washing the paint.

Next we clayed the car using ClayMagic Blue fine clay and Dodojuice Born Slippy clay lube

After claying we dried the car off with the Metro Vac N Blo and microfiber towels

in this picture David is using Meguiars Masking tape to cover the the trim. (Please excuse the Van, we had just came from setting up a booth at a local show)

Using the Brinkmans Swirl Finder light here you can see what we were dealing with

Using the Meguiars Microfiber DA system on my Griot's 6in DA, here are some 50/50

The team!

After all correction and polishing was completed, We pulled the car out to check our work and give it a quick wash

I applied some Black Fire Wet Diamond using a LC Blue finishing pad on my Flex 3401

While doing this Dave shined the tires using Optimum Opti-Bond (Amazing Tire Shine BTW) and did a quick clean up on the inside.

I helped out on the windows using Meguiars Window Cleaner Concentrate (Which is also the Bomb)

And David poilshed up the tips

And here are the Final Sun Shots!
