This is made by Lake Country so I am assuming it's basically the same as their other orange pads. It is a light cutting/firm polishing pad. With a mild polish such as Mothers Powerpolish it leaves a LSP ready surface. With a more aggressive polish/compound it should remove more difficult swirls. The edges are a bit more rounded than Megs pads. Overall at $10.99 it's a good value.
