Transition from mobile to fixed location?

How is the transition process from converting your mobile rig/detailing operation to a fixed operatrion???

Finding a place and signing a lease can take a while, and there may be upfront money. Also, many places need renovations. The place you get needs to have a drain, and you may want an office.
Signage is expensive. I've spent about $600, and have another $1000 to go.
Insurance changes, so talk to them.
