Yup.....I am training her. I took her on an interior detail this afternoon.
We knocked it out in an hour flat. It was an 07, so it wasn't that bad to begin with, except the vomit in the backseat.:surrender

I love my extractor!!!!!!!!


Anyways, I have been getting booked up fast, and so far, I am booked into the first week of Feb. I am gonna start teaching my Wife the ropes on some simple stuff while I concentrate on the major things. Hoping we can knock out a couple a day.........
I may buy a whip too....:rockon :rockon

Yikes! I put the ol' badazzle on a new Honda Civic this afternoon. The only thing I had to clean up was styrofoam peanuts. (interior wise) You should feel appreciative, because the most I can get my wife to do is wipe the dash off.

I think it's great that your wife is learning detailing. Who knows she might end up loving it. I hope so. :)

Training is not the right word.My wife works with me pressure washing daily and if I don't say "pretty please" after every request I get an attitude................No not really,but she does remind me on occasion when I start hollering that I still have to sleep with her at night.
She'll work circles around most guys I know and I appreciate it more than I can ever tell her.
I made her mad enough once she sat in the truck and let me finish the job on my own.........that 2 hours sucked really bad.
 
couple years ago i had to work with my girlfriend....love her to death but that was rough! we drove each other nuts! then again i just dont work too well with others, i like doing things my way... might be good to have a helping hand here and there when your booked up but if you guys are anything like us, someones getting strangled!
 
That's cool that she's helping you Chris. Hopefully she'll be really interested in it and be able to help you full time. It's always nice to have a competent and enthusiastic helper.
 
My wife does interiors and I do the outside. Havnt got here going on the small extractor yet as she usually is running after the boys in the shop. She pulls out the floor carpet floor mats and starts scrubbing on them. Darn vehicles look a lot better than the house does. Even the dirty vehicles. RANDAL

She: I think we should have a cat.

He: I hate cats!

Compromise: They got a cat he could hate.

Yeah, I know it's bad, but it's 23 degrees here.
