I know its my age (51) but I always wonder about the kids that drive these Japanese cars and pour cash into them with all kinds of mods....... I have seen some pretty trick rides and admire them but the amount of cash that is poured into them really blows my mind.
Back in my day I was happy with a new set of rims and glass pack mufflers to make you sound and look like a hot rod.......Oh and a 8 track with rear deck speakers for your tunes. :LOLOL

now remember that many of these have sponsors. Also alot of people make a living out of this. You dont jst get trophy when you win an event. BAck in high school I had Pyramid car audio as a sponsor and everytime I would win an event I would get money and also my sponsor would through money in equipment for my car. I tawas a great deal, the only thing that sucked is that you would have to attend every single car show that they would asighn you to.
