Towels and Polish

I have some questions about polish and towels. First, what would you all say is the best product to remove swirl marks and waterspots? Ive used starbrite before on just little jobs but nothing big and it works really really well. Starbrite car polish takes out scratches really well. Second, as you all know towels go like crazy when detailing. So do you wash towels or do you just continue to buy more? Just buying more would get pretty expensive after a while, but i dont know if washing them would be good or work or what? so those are my questions, any and all help is much appreciated. Thanks all.

The best polish is the one that works the best for you. You'll get lots of opinions here, but you'll spend a fortune 1000's of hours testing them all. Towels can and should be reused. A good towel can be washed 100's of times and can be used until they fall apart. A good terry cloth hand towel costs about $1 each.

Notice washer and dryer in the upper right quadrant of this photo. We separate the three towels that we use.

We probably inventory 4-500 towels.

forget the washer/dryer...i just want that shop! :2thumbs:

Jimmy - Was that office space prior to your shop? I see the drain, but the ceiling is throwing me off. Ever realize that towels magically dissappear weekly?

It was a 'fulfillment center' for RCI, the condo people. The drain (and sloped blue floor area) is our addition.

The ceiling and lighting were existing. Room to work on six cars. We've had 12 in there, but no room to work.
