Touch Up Blob correction

Well, my car just got keyed in multiple sections and the scratches look too deep to polish out (to primer), so I need to touch up.

My question is, how do you guys deal with blobs? With a search, I came up with products like Langka, Quixx, and Dr ColorChip, but they all seemed to have mixed reviews. My strongest polish is Sonus SFX-1, so would I be able to use that instead of wetsanding. Maybe hit it with the DA a little before it fully cures if it won't take it out?

You can try it, but I'm sure that it will take out the blob.
