Topping Meg's NXT with s100????

With the weather getting nicer and nicer I have been reading more and more on here to keep my cars pretty for summer. Tommorrow I am going to do a nice exterior detail on my blue SI with my PC I just got. I plan on polishing with Meg's Swirl Free Polish #82, then Vanilla Moose Wax Hand Glaze, and usually just hit it with S100 but I was using that nice "learn" button up there and read about synthetic waxes and how they last longer and the reviews on the NXT. Would it be worth it to pick up some NXT today and do a coat of that and then the S100 a couple days afterwards?

And also, I am going to do my wife's black VW in the same fashion. Will the NXT do funny things because of the black paint?

Here's what I have purchased so far for tommorrows adventures.
