Top of the line - HT tire cleaner diluted 1:1

Do you do it?



I saw on TOL's site that they have their 1 gallon diluted 1:1, so does that mean I can dilute my 32oz to a 50/50 distilled water/HT TC?



Also, is it safe for CC wheels? can I use it as a wheel cleaner also?

(BTW: how good is Megs. QD? can I use it over zaino safely? I saw it at the dollar store while buying spray bottles for 4.00)
