Too Cold For Clay?

Winter here in Vermont will not

end but I need to clay my car.

Is there a minimum temp that I

will be able to use my Mother's

clay bar? Thank you for the info

If you can form it in your hands and squish it and fold it and make little GUMBY figures than it is warm enough....IF the clay is stiff and will not fold then I advise not claqying since you will not be able to get to a clean section of clay after each pass.

The warmer the surface of the paint is, the easier it will be for the clay to pull debris out of it. (as the surface expands it lessens it's hold on debris) And, as mentioned, the easier it will be for clay to form to the surface you are pushing it against.:up
