TOL light cut polish

I just read a thread on TOL trade secret wax, so I thought I would throw out another TOL question. I have in my trailer a quart of the "light cut" polish by Top of the Line. I still have some #9 left so I havent used the TOL polish yet. From those with experience with this product do you think it works well, and are the results acceptable?

the results are very worth it. You can get great results with a pc, cyclo or rotory,

i did this camaro and used HI temps Heavy, and Light cut, AIO/P21s

I like the LC, it is as fine polish. I find it to be in line with meguiars #80 in terms of abrasiveness.

LC works well with the PC, cyclo, rotary, and by hand. Very versatile polish that is easy to work with.

Quick question.....

I'm placing an order soon, and was wondering if I should get #80 or HT Light Cut. Should I get both, because if they're quite similar, the HT is a little more cost efficient.

Thanks

i think the 80 will leave a deeper shine while the TOL will leave a sterile shine like aio ready to wetness. just get em both if you get the 16oz its only like 5 bucks or so

Thanks for the info. Hopefully I can use it over the next few days. Top of the Line is not very far from my house. I visited there a few weeks ago and the ppl are very up on their products. I got invited back into the warehouse, I ended up spending about $150 that day.

I have the light cut, its very nice. It smells like crap though.

The #80 would be best used before NXT or a caranuba as it leaves behind some Trade Secret Oils. Not a bad thing for sure, but you might have bonding issues with something like UPP.
