Today's weather

Hello, I thought I would like to share this picture I took. Port Charlotte, Florida, first funnel cloud-turned tornado I have ever seen, of course it had to come after Hurricane Charley destroyed my house last year. Thankfully the tornado did not come near my home. Just putting the finishing touches on the repairs form last years storms. I hope the picture comes out ok.

Wow... God bless you and everybody down there.

You'll never get this up here but you do get scattered showers :D We're going to have scattered showers 'till next Thursday. Both my parent's cars are filthy. :sosad

I don't know how you Floridians do it ....

Ask me that question in December. The Hurricane(s) last year were a real pain, but I did get to work part time for full time pay while my employer rebuit the facility. I am originally from Pittsburgh, so these violent storms are interesting.

 picture!

We had a storm blow through today just after I had washed a J30 and my son had vacuumed it and cleaned the floor mats. We had to wait nearly 40 minutes for the rain to stop so we could finish the car...and the humidity was insane the instant the sun came back out.

I just came in from washing my truck, and it isnt enjoyable this time of year. Im down to washes every 7 or more days now...

How bout our weather?

I'm moving there in 3 weeks :nervous2:. Do you guys down there have some sort of bunker to store your cars in? Cause that's what it looks like I'm going to need.

Impact resistant garage door, board up the windows and take the other vehicle north until the storm passes, at least that is the plan for the next hurricane, we stayed for Charley, and the old cars we had got beat up as well, not taking the chance next time.

Nice flood pics scuba, what polish did you apply after that wash?
