Tips When Using "PinkMosse"?

Picked up some vanilla moose and red machine glaze real cheap and want to try it on my MDX. What pad and speed should I use when applying it to my vehicle? Should I work the product into the paint with moderate pressure?

thanx!

I found this dirt cheap and do have some light swirls so why not try it out and see how it looks. I plan on using souveran in the summer so it all works well together.

I also purchased moosewax and after reading about it, it said it is a cleaner wax will the cleaners remove the oils left behind by RMG?

Call them in Oklahoma tomorrow and ask. I've called ClearKote a couple of times and he's quite helpful and happy to talk about his products.

Well Just talked to John at Brilexsolutions and he was nice enough to ship me the right bottle. IMO a great guy!!!!!!!!!

Rotary - 1000 to 1100 rpm. Left and right and up and down motions until product dissappears

LC black or blue pads. I don't like the idea of using a polish pad.

Seems too finer product for such a strong pad.

Please correct me if I'm wrong as I don't know everything but I'm sure a polish pad is for 1500 to 2500 grit products, not 3000 to 4000

you could use a finishing pad also once your prep is done

but if you have minor swirls they can be removed with this combo with a polishing pad

Maybe via rotary but if he is using a PC, then a polishing pad seems to work better. I normally use the white LC polishing pad and speeds of 5-6 via PC and white Cyclo finishing pads if using it with my Cyclo. I'd tend to agree the more aggressive the polisher, the less aggressive pad you'd need.

i just need to find a bottle to put the mix in, brilex does not sell the "kit" that clearkote is now selling.

anyone know where I can get a bottle that will hold 16oz of pinkmoose otc in mass area??

Is there any adavantage or disadvantage to mixing these two products together? Other than saving yourself time and effort. Do you lose any clean/correcting capablities by doing so?

I have searched havent found the exact answer to it yet so sorry if its already been covered.

Sorry Diesel for interupting your post!
