Time betwen polish & wax(carnauba)?

Seeing that I don't own a garage, but have limited access to a friend's, could I polish, wait a bit, then carnauba my baby?

Or is it best to leave at least 24hrs., or even a few days between these 2 coats?:confused:

You don't really have to wait after a polish. Its a 'sealant' that you need to give it some time. You can wax right after polishing because there really isn't anything curing on the surface or anything like that. If you do wait then you might want to QD the car or rinse it off or something before waxing. Dust is a bugger and if its not covered then you will have it on your car if you wait very long.



Now, if you are talking about a sealant on your car then you need to wait at least 12 - 24 hours before you put another coat on. You will probably have to rinse down the car before you put anything else on it.
