Just a quick post to give two big thumbs up for Autopia-carcare.com in general, and Ray (Vega@Autopia) in particular. I recently placed a price beat order with Ray (which was an excellent value given my research). It was packed VERY well, was delivered in a timely manner, and included a free sample of a Wolfgang product relevant to the items I ordered. I don't think I could have been more satisfied, and I would definitely recommend them based on this first experience.

Great to hear your happy with your order.
Many here have talked and dealt with Ray. We have nothing but great things to say about him and other Autopia reps that you'll deal with when you call.
 
Glad you noticed the free sample I added was relevant to your order :) I always try to do that. If I remember your order included pads, so I added WG Uber Compound or Finishing Glaze?

Its funny you you should say that... I recently had an order from AG and ordered pads. You know what I got? Leather conditioner. Not complaining about something that was free but it was just weird.
 
I agree, with the above posts. I had Ray (vega) help me out with my orders that I placed after hours and later needed a few changes. Very fast shipping to Pa. The packing dept. did a nice job packing them too.

Sad thing is that people like that are getting harder and harder to find.

I haven't dealt with Ray much but, if I had to talk to customer service, I wouldn't hesitate with everything I've seen on these forums about how amazing customer service is.
 
Ray is excellent at what he does and I always appreciate dealing with him. I have dealt with Paul also and he is a pleasure to deal with as well.
 
I just received my Black Friday order. Thanks to Paul for making a quick change to it after I hit the send button !
 
Ray even sent me an email advising me that I was missing out on an addl discount code (and even put in the code for me that time)

now I know how to save even more money

I am piggy backing on this thread to thank ACC also. I got my Black Friday order yesterday and I got Black Fire Crystal Coat as a free gift in with it. THANK YOU ACC and THANK YOU whom ever picked that out for me (wasn't Ray I asked him), This will be my first try at using a coating I can t wait to use it. Now its deciding which car its going on the Black Camaro or the Grey Tundra Pick up.

From looking at the blackfire coating you should be able to do both. :) just try to do em close together.
